During the low season we require a 4-night minimum stay and during the high season we require a 5-night minimum stay.

Guests booking during the holiday period can’t check out on December 23,24,25,30,or 31.

Please note that rates increase 5% each season

One Bedroom Apartment | $100.00 USD

Two Bedroom Apartment | $150.00 USD

Two Apartment Home | $250.00 USD

Three Apartment Home | $300.00 USD

Add-Ons For Your Stay

Laundry Service —$25 USD per wash/dry/fold (1-3 loads during midweek clean)

Cleaning Service — $50USD per day

Deep Clean — $75USD/$150USD (includes linen change)

Cancellation Policy

100% refund when canceled over 90 days before arrival

50% refund canceled over 60 days before arrival

0% refund thereafter unless we can fill the booking

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation

Booking Policy

A 50% deposit must be paid to secure your booking. Once this is processed you can sit back, relax, and plan your trip to paradise. Your 50% balance will be due 90 days prior to your arrival. Full payment will be required for bookings made within 90 days of arrival. 

On the day before check-in, a $200 security deposit will be pre-authorized to your account. If there is nothing to claim, the money will return to your account within 5 days of departure.

Below are some FAQs to get your started on your holiday planning

  • There are many ways to get to our island. You can fly directly to Bequia from Barbados through SVG Air or Bequia Air. The flight takes just 30 minutes if direct or up to an hour if the pilot does some island hopping on route. But what better way to see the Grenadines? Alternatively, you can fly to St. Vincent then take a one hour ferry to Bequia. You can find more information on airlines here.

  • We are happy to offer a complimentary taxi service from either the Bequia ferry terminal in Port Elizabeth or James Mitchell Airport. Please let us know your flight details at least 48 hours in advance.

  • We know it can be a pain arriving on vacation when all the shops are shut, so we took the hassle out for you. The fridge will be stocked with complimentary provisions such as coffee, tea, bread, butter, eggs, juice, and local fruits. Additionally, a water cooler with mountain spring water delivered straight from St. Vincent is available for you throughout your stay.

    Other items include WiFi, air conditioning, fans, linens, towels, hair dryer, ironing, ironing board, toiletries, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, yoga mats, and a well equipped kitchen.

  • Our amazing housekeeper, Vanice, will clean Ohana one per week if your booking is for 6 or more nights. If you’d like additional cleanings or a deep clean which includes a linen change, please let us know when you enquire. Laundry service is also available upon request.

  • We are happy to organize all the extra bits that make your stay extra special. If you would like a private chef, yoga, massage etc. please let us know and we’ll happily coordinate.

  • Yes, we offer a 5% discount on: stays over 30 days; bookings placed a week or less in advance; return guests who book within 30 days of leaving Ohana House; and 5% referral discount for you and a friend!
